How long does it take for my order to process and ship?

All orders will typically ship out in 2-5 business days from when the order is placed. We ship via USPS First-Class Mail® (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate. Upgraded shipping speeds and insurance are available upon request. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs or lost/stolen packages. Please be patient with your order, it can take up to one month for it to arrive.

 

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us within 30 business days from when you received your order to exchange or return your item. We accept returns of unused and unworn items. Please understand that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All sale and personalized items are non-returnable.
